Ordering 

The processing of orders generally takes approximately 24–48 hours. Once the order has been processed, you will receive tracking information once shipping has been scheduled. You can then track your order via the carrier.

Need it quickly? If your material is in stock at one of our local showrooms, you may be able to select “Pick up” and get it directly from one of our Southern California locations.

We offer flat-rate shipping anywhere in the United States. To avoid shipping costs, you may choose to pick up your order from one of our showroom locations by selecting “Pick up” and then selecting your preferred pickup location.

Yes, you may! When you place your order, select “Pick up” and then select your preferred pickup location.

All major credit cards are accepted. For other forms of payment, you may visit one of our showrooms.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided along with the name of the carrier. You may track your order using their website or phone number. 

Yes we do! If you would prefer to come to a brick and mortar location to shop, we have 2 beautiful showrooms – 1 in North Hollywood, and a second in Los Angeles.

Please let us know immediately if you would like to adjust or cancel your order. We do not guarantee we will be able to adjust or cancel your order. If the order can be adjusted, processing time will re-set and the 24-48 hour processing period would start over. There will be no cancelations, or refunds after an order ships. Please see our Return and Refund policies for additional questions.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all materials at the time of delivery for damage and accuracy. If material is received damaged, it must be noted on the delivery receipt from the carrier. Please take photos of all damaged material and delivery receipt with notes and send that to us right away. Damage claims without complying with these protocols will result in the denial of the claim. Claims made 5 or more days after delivery date will be denied without exception.

If incorrect material is received, please be sure to photograph the material as well as the boxes that the material came in, and contact us right away for the fastest possible resolution.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted with a 30% restocking fee as long as the return is processed within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, there are no returns.

Returns will not be accepted on the following item categories: Special Order, Custom, Sale, Clearance and Natural Stone.

Refunds may be issued back to the customer in the same manner that was used to pay for the item(s) at the time of purchase. CC refunds will be issued back to the same card that was used for the original transaction. In some cases, a store or company credit may be issued rather than an actual refund. This would be at the discretion of Elit Tile.
