At Elit Tile, getting your order to you on time and in perfect condition is our priority. Below you will find everything you need to know about delivery options, timelines, and in-store pickup at our Los Angeles and North Hollywood showrooms.

Shipment & Deliveries

General Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other remote locations, please contact us for a custom freight quote.

Orders typically take 24–48 hours to process before shipping. You'll receive a tracking email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Note: We recommend checking with the freight carrier once you have received your tracking information to get an accurate delivery time. Wait until your entire order is delivered and inspected before scheduling any installation. Elit Tile is not responsible for costs associated with delayed or damaged shipments.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? We offer free local pickup from our warehouse.

How it works:

  1. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout.
  2. You'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email when your order is prepared (typically within 1–3 business days).
  3. Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when picking up.

Pickup Window: Orders must be collected within 5 business days of notification. If you need more time, contact us to arrange extended holding.

You may authorize someone else to pick up your order by forwarding the confirmation email and ensuring they bring valid ID.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. For freight shipments, tracking will include a PRO number and carrier link. You can also track directly through: UPS, FedEx, SAIA, R+L Carriers, or ABF Freight.

If you don't see updates right away, please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to activate your shipment.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Please inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival.

  • Check packaging for any signs of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Note any damage directly on the carrier's paperwork.
  • If the damage appears severe, you may refuse delivery.

To report damages or shortages, email info@elittile.com within 5 business days with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 5 business days may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Installation & Scheduling

Elit Tile recommends that you wait to schedule installation until you have received and inspected all materials. Elit Tile is not responsible for rescheduling or contractor costs due to shipping delays.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited & Special Shipping

Need your order faster? Contact us at info@elittile.com before placing your order and we'll confirm available expedited options and rates. Expedited shipping is available for smaller parcel shipments; freight orders are subject to carrier scheduling.

International & Remote Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories, contact us for a freight quote before placing your order.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders without prior approval.

Freight

Freight Deliveries (Large Orders)

Orders weighing more than 150 lbs will ship via a professional freight carrier.

  • Curbside delivery with a liftgate is included for residential shipments.
  • The carrier will call or email to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday during normal business hours.

Important: Customers are responsible for moving materials from the curb to the installation site. If you need inside delivery or special access arrangements, please let us know before shipping so we can confirm availability and costs.

Samples

Sample Orders

We offer sample swatches so you can see and feel our tiles before committing to a full order. Please note that samples are small swatches and not full-sized tiles.

  • Order up to 5 sample swatches for a flat $14.99 shipping rate.
  • Sample orders are typically packed within 48 hours and shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
  • Most customers receive their samples within 3–5 business days.
